Online donations may be processed by ShoeHeals or by third-party payment or fundraising platforms. Donation amounts and processing terms may be subject to the information presented at the time of the transaction and the applicable provider’s terms.
Unless otherwise stated, donations are intended to support ShoeHeals’ charitable mission. ShoeHeals may use donated funds for the purpose described in a campaign or, where permitted, for the organization’s general charitable purposes and operational needs.
Tax treatment of donations depends on individual circumstances. Donors should retain donation confirmations and consult their own tax adviser regarding deductibility or other tax questions.

3.7 User Submissions
If you submit comments, testimonials, photographs, videos, stories, feedback, or other materials to ShoeHeals (“User Submissions”), you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that material.
You grant ShoeHeals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute User Submissions for ShoeHeals’ charitable, educational, promotional, fundraising, and organizational purposes, subject to any separate written agreement or consent that applies to the submission. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. ShoeHeals does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or services.
3.10 Accuracy of Information
